The Middle Moose River
The Moose River is a whitewater river of many moods and constant surprises. Situated near Old Forge, New York, the Middle Moose River is ideal for families and youth groups, from May through September.

Bring the whole family for our fun-filled rafting trips on the Middle Moose River. Easy and moderate whitewater makes these outings an ideal Adirondack get-away! You'll be running the river in a raft, tube or funyak (inflatable kayak), whichever is best for the day's river level. Our guides will be with you all day for some great Adirondack fun!
Middle Moose Whitewater Season:

Recommended Minimum Age: 8 years old
Trip Duration: 2 1/2 to 4 hours
