Guided stream-side fly-fishing in the Adirondacks

Whether fly or spin fishing, there are many rivers and creeks to fish in the Adirondacks. Some offer roadside parking and others areas require some hiking for access. We will consider your needs and abilities when selecting a spot for you. Full day trips put you on the water at first-light. Half day trips can either start at first-light, or you can “catch the hatch,” where you go out in the late afternoon and fish until the last spinner drops (or we can’t see our rod tips).

Canoe or Kayak Float Trip

Full-Day Trip - Weekday $199, Weekend $249, add $50 for second person

Stopping to fish for trout while canoeing down the river

Float and fish our favorite Adirondack river for the day. At the top of the river are a few riffles and rocks that we’ll navigate around as we fish for trout. The middle portion of the river offers flat moving water with bass and pickerel, and then at the bottom of the river we get back into trout again. It’s a fantastic day in a wonderful setting!

This 4 mile river-trip takes a full day to fish effectively. You will be getting in and out of the boats to fish along the top section, so expect to get your legs wet (if it’s warm), or bring along your waders.

An optional shore lunch cooked by your guide is also available. If interested, please contact us for more information.

Remote Pond Fishing

Full-Day Trip - Weekday $199, Weekend $249, add $50 for extra person

Eating a shore lunch during a day of remote pond fishing

The trip starts out with a 1 mile hike and then a couple miles of paddling a canoe to get into some prime bass fishing. This trip is a full-day trip, but it can also be done as an overnight fishing trip – please contact us for more information.
