Reservation/Deposit Information & Refund/Cancellation Policies:
Half-Day &
Day Tours and Half-Day to Multi-Day Classes
Deposits: 50% is required in order to hold your reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to start date.
Cancellation Policy:
30 + days prior: full refund of deposit minus $20 fee
29-15 days prior: 75% refund OR full credit towards another
trip or class (subject to availability) within the calendar year
of your cancellation date (unless otherwise stated at time of
reservation), minus $20 fee
14-8 days prior: 50% refund OR 75% credit towards another
trip or class (subject to availability) within the calendar year
of your cancellation date (unless otherwise stated at time of
reservation), minus $20 fee
7-0 days prior: NO refund OR 50% credit towards another
trip or class (subject to availability) within the calendar year
of your cancellation date (unless otherwise stated at time of
reservation), minus $20 fee
Other: All classes (other than private instruction) and trips
have a minimum number of participants needed in order for them to
run. If a class or trip does not reach the minimum number of participants
and is cancelled you will be notified at least 7 days prior to your
scheduled start date.
If Adirondack Exposure cancels a class or trip due to dangerous
weather and/or insufficient number of participants, you will receive
a full refund or the option to reschedule to a different date if class
availability permits.
Credit towards another trip or class will be offered only once.
No refunds (partial or full) will be given if a participant leaves
an activity (instruction, class, or trip) early.
