Other: Dates for 'another identical trip' for the entire group need to be submitted to Adirondack Exposure at time of cancellation.
You may submit more than one set of dates as long as they are within 1 year of your initial cancellation date. Adirondack Exposure will then have 14
days to determine whether or not the new dates are possible. If the new dates are not available the refund policies will go into place.
Credit towards another identical trip will be offered only once. Trips cannot be credited a second time.
If a member of your party cancels 14 days or more before the trip departure date you may find a replacement for him or her, without charge. If a member of your party cancels less than 14 days before the trip departure a charge may be applied if you find a replacement for him or her to cover additional set-up, communications, priority mailing, and/or change of equipment. Please note that in some cases replacements may not be possible within 14 days of departure. If your group is unable to find a replacement for him or her, your group will be required to cover the cost of the canceling participant.
Addition of another participant(s) to your trip within 14 days of the trip departure (if possible) may result in a late fee charge to cover additional set-up, communication, priority mailing, etc.
Adirondack Exposure has the right to cancel a trip due to dangerous weather and/or water conditions. If a trip is cancelled you will receive a full refund.
Adirondack Exposure has the right to delay a trip or change the itinerary due to dangerous weather and/or water conditions.
No refunds (partial or full) will be given if a participant leaves a trip or tour early.
We highly recommend purchasing short-term travel insurance for our more costly offerings and especially for our multi-day trips. This travel insurance
can offer you coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption and delay, and baggage and airline ticket reimbursement. In the event that
you find it necessary to cancel due to personal or family emergency or illness, such insurance may reimburse non-refundable costs. For more
